Are all the light boxes in stock?

Yes, all the light boxes shown on this web site are stocked in our warehouse. Any custom items will be built as requested and the time frame will depend on the particular order. We do however get orders for 100 or 500 which depletes our stock so it is best to plan ahead.

How quickly will they be shipped once my order is placed?

Unless it is a very large order the product will be shipped within four days.

How long will it take to receive the light boxes?

We ship UPS ground unless otherwise instructed, usually takes 4-6 business days.

Can I get the frames in different colors?

No. The AL1's are powder coated in a gray. The AL2's are brushed aluminum. The Micro AP boxes are molded plastic and available in white, silver, or black.

Do we send the art or can you create it for us?

We can work with your designers and supplement to their design. Please have your designer contact us for the specifications or visit the graphics page. See Graphics.

How much time will it take for the art to be produced?

We will normally ship the finished prints 10 working days from the time the disk is received in the photo lab. Sometimes on small jobs we can ship earlier. Rush jobs will incur extra charges.

How is the image put into the snap frame boxes?

The EDG and AL2 Series lightboxes have frames that snap open. We will discuss other lightboxes upon ordering.

Do the graphics have plastic or glass in the fronts?

All have a plastic protector sheet that is placed over the backlit image.

How are the images placed into the Micro boxes?

The clear plastic protector sheet and the image both "pop" into place. Just take your finger and push from the edge in to bow the plastic.
